V4Peru (Voices 4 Peru) is a Peruvian Association NGO that is partnered with TICM, (Truth In Christ Ministries, Inc.) an American NGO. V4Peru was formed in 2007 by Daniel & Narelle Klopp, and Luis & Rosa Arana Yepez.  Daniel formed TICM in 2001. Within this site of V4Peru, one will find further information about how V4P advocates, empowers, and encourages the marginalized communities in Peru, South America who have been impacted by poverty.

V4Peru, along with TICM, speak for those who cannot speak for themselves and uses networks of film, print, and onsite avenues to share the stories of those who have been afflicted by poverty. You can meet our staff, subscribe to our newsletters, and engage in film that has been created by Daniel to share the stories of loved ones.
