TICM’s Las Lomas Club Deportivo Dan

45-50 teenagers between ages of 10-18 participate in two teams of soccer within the community of Ventanilla. The team has built community, unity, and friendships all across Las Lomas and Ventanila. Headed by coach, Cristhofer, the team practices twice a week with games on Saturday.

This project includes the ongoing strength of community growth to empower and encourage the teenagers of Las Lomas. Individuals contributing to the ongoing management of the soccer team assists with uniforms, soccer balls, practice equipment, transporation costs for team to attend games, and salary for Cristhofer.

TICM’s & V4Peru’s Worship Center Outreach Las Lomas

TICM & V4Peru hold weekly bible studies, worship services, and youth group programs out of the TICM worship center located centrally within Las Lomas community.

A community kitchen has been installed within the worship center to provide nutritional meals for families within Las Lomas. Individuals contributing to these projects directly assist with program development, facilitation, and growth as TICM and V4Peru share the gospel message of Jesus Christ with the region.

TICM’s & V4Peru’s Christian Psychology Outreach Project

In August of 2009, Rosa Arana Yepez commenced the three weekly Christian counseling programs for children and mothers who need Christian mental health based therapy.

TICM and V4Peru recognize the ongoing need for spiritual health and mental health within the community of Ventanilla, and two Christian licensed therapists assist with therapy sessions for the community.

Individuals contributing financially to this project assist with ongoing costs for salary of therapists and coordinator, Rosa. The financial assistance also contributes to transport, learning materials for children, and teaching materials to encourage and advocate for healthy relationships on the hill.

TICM & V4Peru special events and outreach concerts.

Frequently within Ventanilla, TICM & V4Peru sponsor  Christian concerts with Christian music, sharing, and dramas. Additionally, TICM & V4Peru host Christian retreats for people of the Las Lomas and Ventanilla community.

Individuals contributing to these projects directly sponsor individuals wishing to attend retreats. Additionally, funding assists with sponsoring of Christian concert where the message of Jesus Christ is shared.
