Ventanilla, Peru: an economically deprived region, with no access to running water or proper sewage facilities for the majority of its population, is marred by high levels of violent crime facilitated by numerous gangs entrenched in neighborhoods throughout the community.

V4P was founded specifically to address issues of social injustice, provide basic humanitarian aid, and restore hope for a better future for families and children of Ventanilla.
