Translation services

Chayo (Oscar) met Daniel in 2001 at a Christian camp held in the region of Ventanilla. TICM & V4Peru contract for Chayo’s translation services on various team operations on site in Ventanilla. Chayo’s passion and love to serve the people of Ventanilla is clearly demonstrated by his eagerness and willingness to help in whatever possibility arises. Chayo has one year left in university study and works in video production. He currently resides in Ventanilla.

Cristhofer began working with TICM & V4Peru in July of 2009. Cristhofer is Club Deportivo Dan coach and trainer. He has lived in Las Lomas for 15 years. He provides direct coaching support to both teams. Cristhofer coordinates weekly practices, weekly games, and handles all logistics related to team

Leticia brings joy and love to every child in the region of Ventanilla. Having served along side with Luis & Rosa, Daniel & Narelle, Leticia warmly embraces the heart and attention of children. She effectively ministers with music and activities for all ages while engaging directly with assistance to women and children. Leticia’s role is crucial to the ongoing presence of TICM and V4Peru within the Ventanilla community. Leticia is married and resides in Ventanilla. Leticia serves as assistant role to the Christian psychology outreach programme that Daniel began in August of 2009. Leticia has been directly involved in ministry with Daniel since 2002.

Frank is the most recent staff member working with TICM, as of August 2009. Frank is TICM’s employee who lives closest to the community of outreach. Frank provides logistics and personnel support to Daniel. He coordinates with teams upon arrival to Peru and engages in overseeing fluidity of ministry activity onsite.

Rodolfo provides key assistance to Daniel while on ground in Ventanilla. Rodolfo often times acts as the hand and feet of TICM. He has been working with Daniel & TICM since 2006. He handles all administrative tasks, oversees direct ministry to Las Lomas Club Deportivo Dan soccer team, and maintains efficiency and healthy functionality of the NGO in Peru.

Rodolfo is dearly loved by all teams coming to Peru and has found his way into the hearts and spirits of all. Assisting Daniel with film and print material, Rodolfo continues to speak for those who have been marginalized by poverty. Rodolfo effortlessly juggles several tasks while maintaining a smile and a heart full of joy. In his spare time, Rodolfo enjoys studying English, playing soccer and basketball, and shooting film and print media.

Luis and Rosa are advocates for marginalized individuals throughout Ventanilla, Peru. They facilitate on ground ministry, activity, and events. Rosa coordinates outreach programs and direct ministry to women and children. Rosa currently directs a Christian psychology program that V4Peru and TICM has commenced in August of 2009.

In 2007, Luis and Rosa formed Voices4Peru NGO association in Peru with Daniel & Narelle. Their passion and work is to encourage, empower, and advocate for the people who have been stricken with poverty. They continuously open their home, heart, and lives to others who have less. They have three children and reside in Ventanilla. Luis and Rosa have been in close ministry and outreach with Daniel since 2001.

Daniel & Narelle serve TICM & V4Peru in the region of Ventanilla, a small thriving town outside of the capital city of Lima, Peru. Daniel is the Executive Director of TICM. Daniel, along with his partner, Narelle, make their home among the community of Ventanilla, and the Las Lomas village. They provide ministry among and with their team members of V4Peru.

Daniel & Narelle advocate, empower, and encourage families, children, and teenagers in Peru. They provide leadership and facilitation of bible study, worship services, mentoring and discipleship, along with program development of community growth and unity. Daniel also combines documentary and film work to speak for those whom have been marginalized by poverty.
